A crystal-embroidered kaftan with a gathered flounce hem.
A butterfly kaftan with a dropped shoulder and long tapered sleeves, worked shoulder-to-calf in dense crystal and bead embroidery — gold cord vines carrying clear crystal flower heads across the front, the back and both sleeves.
Below the embroidery the piece finishes in a plain gathered flounce, so the weight of the work sits above the hem and the skirt still moves.
A closed, pull-on kaftan.
